It clearly states that the Minister MUST PROMOTE the Children's Charter of Rights to all those working in the care of children re: Caseworkers...Case Managers ...Client Managers...NGO's ETC ETC ETC

The majority of children in care of the State Of NSW are NOT given thier Booklet of rights. The Children Charter Of Rights Booklet is being hidden from children in care.

Hello, I am looking for someone out there who can give myself and my daughter some advice where to go to get help to fight Docs NSW. They took my grandchildren (two little boys) from a loving mother who had a breakdown. She had previously (longer than one year ago) been in a domestic violence relationship and this affected the oldest boy and she requested help from Docs for him. But no, they didnt come and help, they just landed one day, after she had a breakdown, was under the care of a good doctor, was doing counselling, and THEN they took the boys.

Ok so one week into my private school for my son and I need to get all of my documents in order. I guess I should have known better than to excersice my civil rights in a county with a personal grudge.
CPS came to my home last night to investigate reports of my son not being in school from neighbors.
I showed them the documents that they are aloud to see...ie the attendance form...and the lady walked to the sidewalk and called for police backup.
