Webmaster is tickled pink to be able to announce a successful UPGRADE of the Drupal software driving this site from version 4.3 (anno 2004) to the latest version 5.1.

The upgrade process had to follow a strict route: From 4.3 to 4.6, followed by some extensive testing and checking , then from 4.6 to 4.7, testing and checking again to finally go from 4.7 to 5.1
