In Queensland, any one of us can have our rights of freedom of movement and association taken off us for a period of 6 months at a tribunal hearing where we or our representative are not present. There is no capacity to appeal or object to this and not even the Attorney General can demand information about this process.

If we want to complain about this, the only people to complain to, by legislation, are the very people who have done it.

book 'The Eureka Stockade- by Arthur Cristian

Tony Rigg has agreed to be/live behind the barriers as of Tuesday morning 20th February 2007. In discussions with Tony, we now ask all victims of banisters since the 1970's to unite together in solidarity with us, as a show of strength and unity in support of the 2nd Eureka Stockade. For those who do not know about Tony's actions since the mid 1980's please go to this page for further information.

There is and has always been a divine influence that has meddled in the minds of the bank staff, the solicitors and the judiciary, leading to our court case and now the 2nd Eureka Stockade. The opportunity has been presented to us and we should grab it while we have got it and use it to force our story into main-stream. This coming together of all victims in the spirit of love-for-life is a healing and a stand for love-for-life. Alan Heart, a native American is compiling Australian victims of banks into a website and this is being listed in our website www.loveforlife.com.au shortly.

'War crime risk for MPs in 'retro' case against Hicks'

Australia's support of a new, retrospective terrorism charge against David Hicks has put members of the Federal Government at serious risk of committing a war crime, a leading Victorian silk and international law expert has warned.

Peter Vickery, QC, said members of the Government were at risk of breaching the Australian criminal code as well as Australia's international treaty obligations by urging the US to proceed with the present draft charges against Hicks.

Mr Vickery, an International Commission of Jurists special "rapporteur" on Hicks, said the charge of "material support for terrorism" against Hicks was a classic retrospective law which did not exist in 2001.

Dear friends,

I just joined a global virtual peace march demanding that the new US Congress stop President Bush's escalation in Iraq and demand a real peace plan, and I thought you might be interested. Please see the email below.

Subject: Join Saturday's global peace march... without Leaving Your House!

This Saturday, hundreds of thousands of Americans will march on Washington DC to demand peace and justice in Iraq and the Middle East. We can be there too, raising a global voice of solidarity -- through our own worldwide virtual march. Time is short, so add your voice and join the march today!

As expected, arrogance, scorn, ridicule & derision was the tone of the day from the judge, the plaintiff's barrister & lawyer, leading to no stay being granted again. Justice McDougall did not disappoint me. He was full of his own glory or was it all just a front, shitting himself if he stuffed up.

The Judge was scripted.
No doubt about it.

Phil Atkinson & Mick Gallagher were there with Mick giving out Love For Life fliers in the packed court room while I was on stage with the judge. Phil says they were reading the fliers intently.

I told the judge that Supreme Court judges were arrogant, containing highly developed intellects that were very clever and crafty, determined to ignore truth & justice without any empathy, compassion or love for this nations citizens.

The Spirit of Tom Paine

Submitted by Stephen Lendman on Fri, 05/01/2007 - 12:01

Tom Paine- by Stephen Lendman

We only know about Tom Paine because Thomas Edison discovered him in the 1920s. Edison believed he was our most important political thinker, and it was essential that his writings and ideas be taught in the nation's schools. It's no exaggeration that there might never have been an American Revolution without this man's writings that had such a profound influence on the nation's founders and masses of people he reached through one of the few "mainstream" means of communicating of that period.

Paine was an unlikely man to have had such influence. He was humbly born and raised in England, was largely self-educated and decided to come to the colonies in 1774 after meeting Benjamin Franklin in London who encouraged and sponsored him to do it. It was a decision that changed the world, but who could have imagined it at the time.

Paine only began writing two years earlier when he took up the cause of excise (or customs) officers arguing in a pamphlet he wrote they were unfairly paid and deserved more. When he came to the colonies he chose the right place settling in Philadelphia where he began writing for the Pennsylvania Magazine, later became its editor and began working on Common Sense in 1776 that he published anonymously. It became an instant best-seller in the colonies and in Europe, made Paine internationally famous and was the most influential piece of writing of the Revolution.

1) Saddam turned martyr
A symbol cannot be killed

The press conference by which the imperator expressed his cruel congratulations to the hanging of Saddam Hussein leaves no doubt about the real author of this political homicide. Saddam was in American hands. It was them to arrest him and keep him in custody. Only after being sure that he will be executed they consigned him to their lackeys.

Wednesday, December 20th, 2006

The Washington State Supreme Court, in its wisdom, a few days ago (December 14th, 2006), literally, for all time, smashed the New York ad agency run "quackbuster" operation's effort to use individual State Administrative hearings to destroy innovation in health care in favor of the "drugs, drugs, and more drugs" medical monopoly. The sleazy "Plan of '96" has been thwarted.
