**Help us tell the government that DENYING children access to their father is not the answer!**

What will happen if we do nothing? More of this --> Children denied access to their father are 12 times more likely to be physically or sexually abused, and 3 Australian fathers per day who are denied access to their children commit suicide.

Voters Guide
============

1. HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES:

Cunningham - NSW

John Flanagan will be standing for the electorate of Cunningham. Michael Organ of the Greens is the current incumbent of what is, traditionally, a Labor held seat. This electorate only requires a swing of 2.24% for the seat to change hands. Non-Custodial Parents Party preferences will play an important role in deciding who will win this seat.

Parramatta - NSW

Alex Peniazev will be contesting the electorate of Parramatta. Ross Cameron for the Liberal Party currently holds this seat. This seat only requires a swing of 1.66% for it to change hands. Our preferences will play a vital role in deciding who gets the seat.

2. SENATE:

Victoria - Vote [1] in Box L (only number the Box L above the line and no other boxes)

Kevin Boers and Brendan Hall are 1 and 2, respectively, on the senate ticket for Victoria. Kevin is currently the media spokesperson for Fathers4Equality. Fathers4Equality is a recently formed organisation. Its aim is have enshrined into the Family Law Act the presumption of 50/50 parenting upon separation. Kevin has been involved in making media appearances especially in community radio. Brendan is a shearer by trade and has experienced the frustration of the Family Law system.

Queensland - Vote [1] in Box B (only number the Box B above the line and no other boxes)

Geoff Webster will be the number 1 on our senate ticket for Queensland and Doug Thompson will be number two.

New South Wales - Vote [1] in Box V (only number the Box V above the line and no other boxes)

Grahame Marks and Andrew Thompson will be numbers 1 and 2, respectively, on the senate ticket for New South Wales. Grahame is a member of the Family Law Reform Association and NCPP and has personal experience of both Family Law and CSA.

Western Australia - Vote [1] in Box E (only number the Box E above the line and no other boxes)

Brian Taylor and Geoff Dixon are number 1 and 2 on the senate ticket for Western Australia. Brian is chairman of Reliable Parents (Inc) a WA based lobby group lobbying for the rights of non-custodial, their partners and families. His years of frustration as a self-represented litigant lead to him studying law at the University of WA.

Donations & Volunteers needed for election campaign!

Help us change the LAW!

Fathers4Equality is proud to endorse the Non-Custodial Parents Party for this coming federal election, and we are asking all family-friendly Australians to show us their support.

Whether you are a father, a mother, a grand-parent, a step-parent, or simply someone who recognises that CHILDREN are the biggest losers in a system that forcibly removes decent fathers from their lives, we need your assistance.

Please help us change these dreadful laws.

We need funds for advertising during the election campaign And we need volunteers to distribute flyers, call talk-back radio, write to local newspapers, etc.

We do not have the millions of dollars in advertising that lawyer groups have, but over 80% of Australians on average agree that equal parenting laws are in the best interests of children, and the time has come for family laws in this country to finally reflect the rights of the child.

The first step to changing these laws is to get active. Do it now! Go to our website and donate, volunteer, or both.

http://www.fathers4equality-australia.org

The Non-Custodial Parents Party’s platform for the coming election is:

1. To have enshrined into the Family Law Act the presumption of 50/50 parenting upon separation of parents.

2. To reform the Child Supports Acts and to improve the administration of those Acts.

3. To reform the Family Law Court and its processes.

"Equal Parenting - It's about children and it's about time"

Join FATHERS4EQUALITY & make a difference

Fathers4Equality consists of a large number of fathers, mothers, step-parents and grand-parents, who all share the core belief that sole-residence as a preferred model for post-separated families is harmful to children, and deprives decent non-custodial parents (usually fathers) of being a parent in the true sense of the word.

Help us change the law!
