Another large dump truck bought onto site today, they are using them to remove the trees they are knocking down and the rocks further into the site.

Now for you gardeners out there, an environmental lesson from CEC

Photo 1 shows how to dig out a cycad for replanting? You put the excavator bucket next to it then ---

Photo 2 you swing the bucket sideways snapping off the trunk of the cycad then ---

Photo 3 you gather up the snapped trunk and dump it with others you have done the same to in photo 4

Or if you think that is too hard you just crunch it and bury it.

The reason I took the series of pics is the developers operational works permit states :--

All Cycads and other vegetation nominated by the suitably qualified person in vegetation management (mentioned above) must be transplanted within this site as directed.
