Nadi, Fiji, Sunday July 18: The 9th Festival of Pacific Arts started early for the 109 members of the Wallis and Futuna delegation. At 5 a.m. today in the departure lounge at Nadi airport, while they were awaiting the next leg of their trip to the northern Pacific island of Palau where the festival is to be held, six men of the group, accompanied by ukeleles and guitars, broke into up-beat, close-harmony song.
