The Parliament of new zealand authorised the forced drugging regime found in the Mental health(Compulsory Assessment and Treatment)Act 1992. This Act represents a substantial intrusion into fundamental human rights. Psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, and others exercise powers arising under that Act.

What respect do "they" deserve? Are they ignorant, unaware of what they are involved in? Do they have any serious concern for the human rights of others?
